Excellent opportunity to join a stable and successful primary care practice just 5 miles from downtown Boston!

Full-time position. 6 to 8 sessions = 0.75 FTE to 1.0 FTE (24 to 32 patient hours per week)

Seeking a full-time board certified/eligible General Internal Medicine Physician to join their practice. Location is a certified Patient Centered Medical home with a team-based approach to care; including a full time LICSW, Care Coordination Nurse and Population Health Manager.

Academic leadership and precepting residents in their continuity clinic are part of our mission. Onsite specialty care is also available for Dermatology, Cardiology, OB/GYN and Vascular. Monthly onsite CME’s are also offered by area specialists.
