Internal Medicine Job in Saint Louis

The practice provides support staff including a Nurse Practitioner and each doctor has their own Medical Assistant. The incoming physician can expect 36 patient contact hours per week and a rotating call schedule. Average patients per day is 17-20.

Physicians enjoy a 2-year base salary guarantee then once they reach a full census, they work on an RVU structure. The group offers 4 weeks of paid time off, a CME stipend and time off, and health insurance coverage. They offer a 401k with company match and a negotiable sign-on bonus.
