A nationally recognized, physician-led organization located in the Greater St. Louis area is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join an established practice in east-central Missouri.

* Work in a collegial, established practice alongside 3 physicians and 7 advanced practitioners
* Practice outpatient-only primary care with optional nursing home rounding
* Expect a seamless ramp-up period with demonstrated community need and guaranteed day one volume
* Easy access to specialists: both onsite and through a 24-7 hotline to 600+ specialists throughout the region
Compensation & Benefits:
* Salary Guarantee of $260K+ with competitive RVU bonus
* Generous sign-on bonus, paid relocation, and residency stipend for qualifying candidates
* $100K loan repayment plus additional NHSC loan forgiveness (HPSA Score of 16)
* Guaranteed J1 and H1B visa support available
