CompHealth is assisting a group in Connecticut with their search for a family practice or internal medicine physician. They are affiliated with a prestigious organization, and offers a great work/life balance with no nights or weekends, minimal call schedule, and is 100 percent outpatient seeing all ages. You will see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day. There is a full suite of practice management services that allow the physicians to focus on patient care. Enjoy a collegial and supportive environment with access to resources and specialists. This position also offers an academic affiliation which provides opportunity for teaching and leadership. If professional growth and work/life balance are priorities, this is the perfect opportunity for you. They welcome board certified family medicine physicians. Physicians may be board eligible if they are two years out of residency.

This employed model offers a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits. You will enjoy a two or three year guarantee for base salary, then transitions to a productivity-based RVU model. You may also receive loan repayment, medical benefits, a 403B, vacation time, and malpractice insurance.
