SCHEDULE

• Clinics are open 9A to 6P, Mon thru Fri (lunch 1-2pm); 10A to 4P Sat; 10A to 2P Sun
• Physicians generally work 41 to 45 hours per week for full-time (weekend rotation requires all doctors to work a minimum of two weekend days per month)
• Expect to see 20-30 patients per day once established
• Flexible patient scheduling to allow patients high access to clinic
• Physicians rotate among three nearby clinics to build quickly and share panels
• Physicians cover for each other during holidays to ensure continuity of care

COMPENSATION

• First-year guaranteed salary, commensurate with experience and hours
• Physicians will work base + productivity starting second year

• Established physicians earn well over the 75%ile (MGMA 2019)
• Group provides malpractice, health ins., PTO, and CME allowance.
• Non-voting partnership / equity available after year four (starting year five)
