StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F will consider 4 days Pay Rate: $227000.00 - 300000.00

Job Specifics:
- Adult Primary Care practice—100% outpatient
- A group that has recently tranistioned into the Virginia Mason Production Model
- Flexible schedule with ability to do a 4-day work week
- $234,000 guarantee with uncapped potential
- Make up to $300,000+ a year
- $75,000 sign-on/relocation bonus
- Ability to pick up extra shifts in the Urgent Care or work a 5th day
- No weekends
- 1:6 weekend call only
- Average 20-22 patients per day
- Potential to move up in the organization into a leader
- 23 days of PTO, 5 days of CME, and paid holidays
- 100% of employee health insurance with $0 deductible and co-pay, 403b with 3% employer contribution plus match 50% of employees contributions up to a max 4% of annual pay
