Position Details:

• Outpatient Clinic – Colorado Springs area
• Work Schedule – 4-5 days per week with Saturday morning clinic rotation
• Average Daily Patient Census - 20
• Call – from home, limited frequency/limited volume

Requirements:

• Unrestricted CO Medical License
• Current CO DEA certificate required prior to start date
