Hospitalist opportunity in Eastern Alabama! This will be a Hospital employed opportunity. You will work a Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm schedule. You will have two nights of call per week, but it will be mostly phone call. You will have one weekend call every 6’th weekend. There are no ED responsibilities, and no ICU on site. There are no procedures expected, but you will answer codes while on duty. You will manage 10-14 encounters per day, and the Average Daily Census is 15. Physicians will be expected to manage medical detox patients (10 beds), (No Psych). They will offer you a very competitive salary as well as a comprehensive benefit plan.
