30 Minutes Northeast of Florence, SC

• Outpatient Locum Coverage needed starting in May
• Clinic Hours are: Mon 7a-4p, Tues 8a-5p, Wed 8a-5p (lunch M-W 12-1), Th 9a-6p (lunch 1-2), F 6a-3p (lunch 11-12)
• 1 FNP in clinic along with a LPN
• Patient Population is 18 years and older
• 5 - 15 Patients per Day
• MRO is not Required
• Lab on site but x-ray is not on site
• EMR is Centricity Practice Solutions 12
• BE or BC in IM or FP
• Credentialing takes 45-60 Days
