Job description
We are seeking a qualified Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive, integrated healthcare services, including primary care, preventive care, and management of acute and chronic conditions. The physician will collaborate with behavioral health, pharmacy, and other care teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and support quality improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Coordinate referrals and specialty care.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, pharmacy, and other healthcare teams.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, disease prevention, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Support FQHC quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current, unrestricted Ohio medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in the applicable specialty.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one.
