We are partnering with a leading healthcare network to find a dedicated Staff Physician for an outpatient, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) in Brady, TX. As a Staff Physician, you will work alongside nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health providers to deliver high-quality medical care. You will manage acute and chronic conditions, formulate treatment plans, and champion quality improvement initiatives within a rural primary care setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, diagnosing and managing acute/chronic conditions.
• Formulate treatment plans, prescribe medications, coordinate specialty referrals, and review lab/imaging results.
• Maintain accurate, complete electronic health records (EHR) adhering to network protocols.
• Collaborate with and mentor clinical staff, medical assistants, and students.
• Support PCMH principles, quality improvement initiatives, and community wellness events.

Qualifications

• Required: MD or DO from an accredited medical school; Active, unrestricted Texas Physician License; Current DEA and DPS registrations in Texas; Active BLS or CPR for Healthcare Professionals certification; Up-to-date specialty board and state CME requirements.
• Preferred: 1+ years of direct clinical practice experience; working knowledge of the Texas Medical Practice Act, PCMH principles, and EHR documentation systems.
• Technical Skills: EHR documentation systems.
• Soft Skills: Compassionate, collaborative, strong leadership, and mentorship abilities.
