### **Overview:**
* Part-time Medical Director opportunity combining physician leadership with clinical responsibilities appropriate to the physician’s specialty
* Provide strategic physician leadership across an established and growing medical group
* Partner with executive leadership to advance clinical quality, patient safety, provider engagement and operational performance
* Oversee quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, including TJC and HIPAA
* Lead initiatives involving patient access and satisfaction, provider satisfaction, clinical outcomes, process improvement and clinical guideline development
* Provide oversight for physician performance, behavior management, peer review and population health initiatives
* Partner with operational leadership in a dyad model addressing clinical, quality, financial and strategic priorities
* Participate in organizational strategic and business planning, including growth initiatives, resource allocation and identification of strategic partners
* Provide physician leadership and support for patient care and medical education
* Contribute to departmental operating and capital budget development and achievement of budgetary goals
* Seeking a currently Board-Certified physician with previous leadership experience in a medical group setting
