SCHEDULE
- Coverage Type: Outpatient and Call
- Schedule Type: Clinic and Call
- Call Type: Weeknight Beeper and 24 Hour Weekend Beeper Call
- Schedule (per week): M-F, weeknight and weekend call
- Dates of Need: November start
- Shift Times: 8 hour days (OT Clinic Hours, 7a-5p, provider will work 8 hour days)
- Lunch N/A
- Provider Min # Shifts Required: 4 weeks per month
- Guaranteed Hours per Day: 0
- Hours Worked for OT to apply: 40
- Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back.
CREDENTIALING
- Current CV Must be uploaded to bid
- License: Active or IMLC
- DEA Required: Yes
- Boards: BC only
- Skills/Certs: BLS, ACLS

"This will be a long-term, full-time assignment.
Monthly Call schedule (on call 2 weeks per month): 1 week Monday-Sunday, 2nd Week Monday-Friday
Invasive Cardiology is preferred but not required, diagnostic cath is also preferred but not required.
