We’re currently seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a well-supported Primary Care practice in Fort Worth, TX.

- Spanish: Preferred, but not required
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Patient Volume: 18–22 patients per day
- Patient Population: Adults, age 18+
- Support: Long-term, experienced staff with a dedicated MA for each provider
- Labs: In-house
- Benefits: Full benefits package
Compensation
- Up to $220,000 for physicians coming out of residency
- Up to $260,000 with 5+ years of experience
- Up to $65,000 annual bonus opportunity
Requirements: MD/DO with Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, active Texas medical license, and Federal DEA license. Strong clinical decision-making, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities
• Order lab and other diagnostic testing and interprets results.
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
• Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical
history, and reports.
• Perform minor procedures
• Explain procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
• Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
• Promote health education in conjunction with other health professionals.
• Meet targets set by the government for specified treatments.
• Discuss and evaluate new pharmaceutical products with pharmaceutical representatives.
• Keep up to date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
• Observe and assess the work of trainee doctors and medical students as needed.
• Supervise mid-level providers (as needed)
Qualifications
• 5 years of residency training (required).
• Current medical license and Federal DEA license (required) in
applicable state.
• Fantastic counseling and listening skills.
• Superb organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent decision-making skills and communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at
ease.
