Direct Primary Care Physician

This is a Direct Primary Care role — which means no RVUs, no call, no insurance headaches, and the kind of patient relationships that remind you why you chose primary care. KerixHealth's Columbia, Missouri practice is growing because this model works: for patients, for physicians, and for the team around them. We are seeking a Direct Primary Care physician to hold your own panel, plus serve as a Supervisory Physician for a team of Nurse Practitioners.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Willingness and ability to serve as Supervisory Physician under Missouri collaborative practice requirements
• Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly — with patients and colleagues alike

Preferred:

• Experience supervising or collaborating with Nurse Practitioners or APPs
  
• Primary Care experience
• Comfortable managing a broad range of primary care conditions independently
• Energized by a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

SCHEDULE

• Monday – Friday
• Four clinic days per week
• One dedicated administrative day per week
• No call

COMPENSATION

• $275,000 – $325,000 total compensation
• Sign-on bonus available
• Relocation assistance available if applicable
