We have a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Primary Care Physician at an advanced primary care clinic in Upland, California. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an outpatient clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Highlights:
- Outpatient-only primary care
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
- Monday-Friday schedule | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Fewer administrative tasks
- $250,000 - $350,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus 15% quarterly incentives
- Sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
- BE/BC family medicine, internal medicine, or internal medicine/pediatrics
