Overview:
Our well-established internal medicine practice in North Tampa is seeking a Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care. This full-time role offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with strong earning potential within a collaborative clinical team.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (flexible)
- Competitive base salary: $150,000–200,000 per year (DOE)
- Earning potential up to $250,000–300,000 based on bonus structure

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active, current medical licensure (MD/DO) in Florida
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work autonomously as part of a collaborative team
- EMR system experience a plus
