Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician | West Central Ohio

We are partnering with an established, hospital-employed medical group in Western Ohio seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking for the stability and resources of hospital employment while maintaining the autonomy and relationships of an outpatient practice. With longtime physicians nearing retirement, the incoming physician will join an established patient population, work alongside experienced providers during the transition, and help shape the practice's future growth.

• Flexible 4- or 5-day work week
• Clinic hours of 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with flexibility to customize your schedule
• Target of approximately 20–25 patients per day

• Opportunity to manage complex and chronic conditions while developing long-term patient relationships

• Outpatient-only call rotation
• Optional opportunities to participate in PRN hospitalist coverage for physicians who enjoy a mix of inpatient and outpatient medicine
• Opportunity to help grow and shape the practice as longtime physicians transition toward retirement
