Opportunity for MD/DO at established minimally invasive vein clinic. Comprehensive training program for primary care physician who is interest in diagnosing and treating chronic venous conditions.
*MD/DO in FM/ IM/ ER or Gen. Surgery that is BE/BC will be considered
*Arizona licensure or compact license strongly preferred
*No Call- M-F 8-5pm full-time opportunity
*1099 contractor or part-time schedule also considered
*Hourly or annual salary options with malpractice
*CME, PTO and benefits for full-time providers
*30 minute appt. times + procedures-
*Great office culture, ample support staff, quality of life opportunity
Location:
*Western Phoenix suburb of Peoria, AZ
*Opportunity to rotate to other Western Phoenix locations
*Enjoy MLB Spring training, Lake Pleasant Reg. Park with 23,000 acres of outdoor recreation, and a historic downtown area with great restaurants, shops and live music.
