Outpatient IM Primary Care opportunity with a comprehensive community health center!
This permanent, full-time opportunity is east of Modesto, CA in the Sierra Nevada foothills.
A community health center that provides comprehensive ambulatory care to an underserved patient population, so a rewarding chance to impact the health of a community. No call, no weekends, no after hours and no holidays required making a great balance of personal and professional life. Service delivery model is focused on quality care and patient interaction. Providers have option to work M-F with 4/10 or regular 5/8 schedules!
Salary ($240K-$325K) and ffull benefits including generous health insurance, 4% 401k matching, 11 paid holidays, 24 days PTO, $2500 CME, $10K relocation, $6K bonus and covered malpractice. Loan repayment options ($50K-$80K) are available as well.
