Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing outpatient practice on a part-time basis.

This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, a collaborative clinical environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to adult and adolescent patients. The physician will work closely with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) and contribute to quality improvement and efficient clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and adolescent patients.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Provide preventive care, health screenings, and patient education.

• Collaborate with and provide clinical guidance to NPs and PAs.

• Supervise and support advanced practice providers as needed.

• Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health providers, and diagnostic services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the electronic health record (EHR).

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice development.

• Support efficient clinical workflows and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• Active and unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania, or willingness to obtain one.

• Experience collaborating with or supervising NPs/PAs is preferred.

• New graduates are welcome to apply for MD positions.

Schedule & Position Details

• Part-time opportunity

• Full-time physicians may have on-call expectations.

• Approximately 20+ patients per day for full clinical days.

• Expected start date: Approximately 2-3 months after acceptance.
