Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Day-shift coverage
- Provider on-call rotation required
- Weekend call included in the rotation
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Active North Carolina medical license required
- CDS and DEA required
