Work Dates Needed: ASAP and ongoing.
Worksite Setting: FQHC, Working Class
Scope of Work: Bread & Butter Family Medicine, 18-22 patients/day, physicals, illnesses, APP support onsite.
Preferred Schedule: 8a-5p, Monday - Friday. Ongoing until no longer needed.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: New York license. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; BLS; DEA.
EMR: eClinicalWorks
