Internal Medicine opening in Oceanside, CA San Diego 37m Full-time, Employed We are seeking a Internal Medicine physician to work alongside an established practice in Oceanside, California. * Full Time: 34 patient care hours * Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one half-day off each week. * The position is designed around 4.5 patient-facing days per week maintaining 34 patient hours per week. If you are able to complete charting and other documentation during your scheduled patient hours, you will have the benefit of the weekly half-day off. * Average is 18-23 appts once up and running. * 15min (follow-up) or 30 min (new patient or physical). * Participate in call 2-4x per year. * Nurse triage system in place - average they will take 6 calls over weekend shift and 2 during a weeknight on-call shift. * After-hours call pay is offered for the shift covered. * In-office procedures encouraged * Board certification or board eligibility required * We offer an Ambient scribe subscription-Dragon Co-pilot Compensation and Benefits: * Base salary - Starting salary is $300k guarantee for the first 2 years.
