Primary Care Physician
Location: Florida
Schedule: Outpatient continuity of care and preventative medicine
Openings: 1
Position Overview
Provide outpatient primary care with a focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. The role may include participation in a tuberculosis screening program, with required screening prior to start.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and manage acute and chronic conditions
Provide preventative care and health maintenance
Maintain accurate medical histories and documentation
Coordinate referrals to specialists as appropriate
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care
Required Qualifications
MD or DO
Active Florida medical license
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
Additional Requirements
TB screening may be required prior to start
Florida Background Screening Requirement
