Facility:
This expanding healthcare organization operates two state-of-the-art clinic facilities, including a 24-exam-room clinic in Grand Rapids and an 18-exam-room clinic in Deer River. The practice is physician-led and supported by a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, including nurse practitioners, with hospitalist work performed at a modern 20-bed Critical Access Hospital featuring 24/7 ER physician coverage and Nurse Triage.Opportunity:

- Join a collaborative, physician-led medical team practicing across two state-of-the-art clinic facilities in Grand Rapids and/or Deer River, MN
- Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, acute and chronic disease management, and transition of care for adolescents into adulthood
- Serve a diverse rural population, including underserved communities, patients from treatment centers, individuals residing on reservations, and local residents
- Grand Rapids team works in close collaboration with the existing Deer River team, located approximately 20 minutes away
- Hospitalist coverage is optional, structured as a 7-day stretch every 6 weeks, with flexibility for alternative coverage arrangements
- Additional procedural opportunities available, including colposcopies, endoscopies, stress tests, EGDs, and other areas of interest
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
