Specialty: Primary Care/Family Practice/Internal Medicine
Start Date: ASAP (1 month out)
Contract Length: Open to Locums (CO Based), Locums to Perm, or straight Perm
Shift Details: M-F, 8:00-5:00
Patients per day: 20 PPD ~
Patient population/age: Adults/Geriatrics
EMR: Elation
Board Certification: Yes
State license required: Yes or IMLC
Credentialing time frame: 30 days ~
Willing To License: Only IMLC
Travel/Lodging: LOCAL PREFERRED. Will consider candidates who need travel reimbursement.
