Make a lasting impact on patients’ lives by providing high-quality care to seniors and medically complex patients in post-acute care facilities throughout the Las Vegas area. With nearly 30 years of experience, our client delivers compassionate, advanced primary care where and when patients need it most.
As an ISNP Physician, you will provide comprehensive care to members with complex chronic conditions across skilled nursing, long-term care, and other institutional settings. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful, lasting relationships with patients and their families while working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
You won’t manage it alone. You’ll be supported by nurses, care managers, social workers, specialists, facility staff, and pharmacists who work together to coordinate care and improve outcomes—allowing you to focus on what matters most: your patients.
Salary & Benefits:
- $235,000 - $295,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus a quality bonus
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, matching 401k, generous PTO, and paid holidays
Qualifications:
- Board Certified MD or DO, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred
