## Internal Medicine Physician Opening | Valley City, ND Located in Valley City, North Dakota Full-Time, Permanent ## Practice Overview * Full-time Internal Medicine opportunity in Valley City, North Dakota * Join a collaborative primary care team alongside 1–2 Family Medicine physicians and 2–3 Nurse Practitioners * Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care to a diverse patient population * Monday through Friday schedule: * 8:00 AM–12:00 PM * 1:00 PM–5:00 PM * 36 patient contact hours per week * Average patient volume of 16–20 patients per day * Limited phone-only call shared 1:4 with local providers for nursing home questions and critical after-hours laboratory results * Optional inpatient rounding, including nursing home rounds * Utilize EPIC electronic medical record * Onsite services include: * Physical Therapy * Diabetes Education * Non-surgical Weight Management * Laboratory and Pathology * Radiology and Imaging * Ultrasound * Mammography * Access to outreach specialty services including: * Behavioral Health * Podiatry * Orthopedic Medicine * General Surgery * OB/GYN ## Compensation & Recruitment Package * Base salary: $361,174 * Additional earning potential through: * Performance bonuses * Quality incentives * Production-based compensation ## Job Qualifications * MD or DO * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine * North Dakota medical license or eligibility ## Benefits * Comprehensive employed physician benefits package * Competitive base compensation * Performance and quality incentive opportunities * EPIC electronic medical record * Optional inpatient rounding * Collaborative team-based practice * Established referral network with onsite and outreach specialty support ## Community Details Valley City is a welcoming community in southeastern North Dakota, offering a high quality of life, affordable housing, excellent schools, and abundant parks and recreational opportunities.
