Family/Internal Medicine Physician Locums Job | Los Angeles County, California | Long Term Assignment

A Los Angeles facility is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a long-term adult primary care assignment with both full-time and part-time options available. This opportunity may be a strong fit for a physician looking for the consistency of a long-term assignment while maintaining flexibility around weekly hours.
Details/Requirements:
--Start: ASAP
--Approximately 4-week credentialing with timely paperwork completion
--Long-term assignment: 6 months months, with most providers staying 1+ year
--Full-time: 40 hours per week
--Part-time: 16-32 hours per week
--Average 18-20 patients per day
--Adult patients ages 21+
--Board Certification required
Scope of Practice:
--Provide outpatient primary care for an adult patient population, including:
--History and physicals
--Diagnosis and treatment
--Preventive care
--Ongoing care management
--Referrals and follow-up
