Hospitalist Physician
Location: CaliforniaSchedule: Multiple day, swing, and night shift options including 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM, 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Position Overview
Provide hospital medicine coverage across multiple acute care sites within the same regional health system. This is a time sensitive go live need with the team targeting onboarding completion by September 1, 2026 for clean and complete files.Clinical Scope
Adult hospitalist coverage
Closed ICU model
Admissions and workflow include a dedicated admitting team with time to admission expectations
No procedures are required
Vent management experience is required and recent logs are required within the last 24 months
EMR: EpicRequired Qualifications
MD or DO
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine background
Board certified or board eligible
Active California medical license
ACLS
DEA
Clean and complete credentialing file and high responsiveness throughout onboardingCredentialing
Typical credentialing timeframe is 60 to 90 days, with potential to extend up to 120 days depending on volumeBenefits
