• Care settings may include skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long term acute care
• Clinical leadership role with oversight, guidance, and team collaboration
• Work closely with attending physicians, rehab specialists, nursing teams, and facility leadership
• Internist and hospitalist physician backup available for consults
• Consistent weekday schedule with limited weekend coverage
