Position Type: Locum Tenens

Location: Ohio (Multiple Outpatient Clinic Locations)
Rate: $160/hr on 1099 with Travel, Lodging and Malpractice Coverage
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract Length: July 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026

Practice Setting:
- Outpatient Primary Care Clinics
- Float Pool Coverage Across Multiple Locations
Coverage Locations:
- Mentor, OH
- Lorain, OH (Amherst & Lorain Clinics)
- Willoughby Hills, OH
- Brunswick, OH
- Fairlawn, OH
Schedule & Coverage:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No Call
- No Weekends
- Minimum 2 Weeks Per Month Required
Patient Population:
- Adult Primary Care Patients
- Ambulatory Outpatient Setting
Patient Volume:
- 15-20 Patients Per Day
Support Staff:
- APP Support Available in Most Practice Locations
Procedures:
- No Procedures Required
EMR System:
- Ambulatory Outpatient Practice Environment
Requirements
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Ohio License Required
