- Outpatient Primary Care
- 20 average patients per day
- M-F
- Must be board certified in IM/FM
- CT License Only
- Local/Drive Candidate
- Family medicine 5 years+
- Initial assignment duration: Sep to March 2027
Requirements:
- Active CT License
