We are seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical care delivery across skilled nursing facilities in Helena, Montana. Job Responsibilities
• Serve as Medical Director for assigned sites, ensuring clinical quality and compliance
• Perform patient evaluations, examinations, and ongoing care management
• Order, interpret, and document diagnostic studies
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary care
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance
• Ensure accurate and timely onsite documentation
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active Montana medical license (or ability to obtain)
• SNF or post-acute care experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
