Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)

Location: St. Augustine, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our well-established outpatient practice in St. Augustine, FL. This position offers a 100% outpatient setting, a flexible 40-hour workweek, and minimal call responsibilities conducted via telephone only-ensuring a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages (Family Medicine) or adult patients (Internal Medicine)

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

• Perform routine check-ups, preventive care, and health screenings

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

• Collaborate with clinical staff and specialists to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active (or eligible for) Florida Medical License

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
