Position: Physician (Primary Care)
Location: San Jose
Salary: $263,000 – $300,000 annually
Overview
Seeking a Physician to provide outpatient medical services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care within the scope of professional training and licensure. The role involves managing patient health, maintaining medical records, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Perform physical exams and order diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans
- Manage chronic and acute conditions
- Educate patients on health, wellness, and disease prevention
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including behavioral health
- Maintain accurate documentation using EHR systems
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical reviews
- Supervise and support mid-level providers when required
- Participate in an on-call rotation and provide coverage as needed
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Active, unrestricted California medical license
- Active DEA license
- Board Certified
- Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in community or outpatient settings
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations
- Multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese) are a plus
