Job description
Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join an outpatient primary care practice. This position offers a unique blend of community-based primary care with academic involvement, including teaching and mentoring internal medicine residents.

Position Details
- Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Full time | Day shift Schedule, Mon-Fri
- Established patient panel with strong referral base
- Integrated care model with access to specialists and hospital services
- Opportunity to help shape resident outpatient education
Teaching & Academic Responsibilities
- Supervise and precept internal medicine residents in the outpatient clinic
- Participate in resident education, mentorship, and professional development
- Collaborate with program leadership on quality improvement and educational initiatives
- Academic appointment available (rank commensurate with experience)
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
- Interest or experience in resident teaching strongly preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $270,000 -$300,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
