We are seeking a compassionate and driven physician to join our post-acute care team in the Middletown, Delaware area. This full-time opportunity (5 days/week) involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities, offering strong support, professional autonomy, and excellent earning potential.

Compensation & Incentives
  • Estimated annual salary: $210,529 – $270,529
  • No cap on productivity-based income
  • Signing bonus available for qualified candidates
What You’ll Do
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulations

Qualifications
  • Active physician license in the state of Delaware and DEA
  • Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency department, or clinic settings preferred (new graduates welcome)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of healthcare regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
