Job Responsibilities
Manage 10-12 patient admissions per night 🏥
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations
Collaborate with hospital staff, including Practice and Office Managers
Document patient care in EPIC EMR system
Respond to overnight patient needs, ensuring smooth transitions of care
Qualifications
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice ✔️
Pennsylvania medical license required
ACLS certification required
1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
DEA required
Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days; temporary coverage available with a clean file
Working Hours
Night shifts: 12-hour shifts, 7-on/7-off rotation
Typical shift times: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM or 8:00 PM–8:00 AM
Skills
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
Comfortable managing acute patient care independently
