We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to deliver high-quality, relationship-based care within a concierge primary care model. This role emphasizes preventive health, continuity of care, and a strong partnership with patients while working collaboratively with a clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing care for adult patients, including wellness visits, acute concerns, and chronic disease management
Build and maintain long-term patient relationships through continuous engagement
Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver cohesive care
Document patient encounters accurately using electronic medical records
Apply concierge care principles to support personalized, high-quality outcomes
Participate in practice initiatives and contribute to clinical operations
Communicate effectively with patients and care teams to ensure clarity and alignment
Support preventative care strategies and proactive health management
Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Active or eligible medical license
Minimum of 5+ years of internal medicine experience
Background in concierge or membership-based primary care preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage a patient panel independently
Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
