We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join a concierge primary care practice focused on preventive, relationship-based medicine. This role emphasizes personalized care, patient longevity, and collaboration within an innovative, high-touch clinical model.

Apply evidence-based and preventive medicine approaches

Participate in practice growth, development, and community engagement
Contribute to advancing concierge and longevity-focused care models
Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Active California medical license
Minimum of 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience
Strong background in internal medicine and preventive care
Experience or strong interest in concierge or membership-based care
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
