Advance your career as a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician in Great Falls, leading a collaborative outpatient practice. Provide high-quality primary care across all adult populations while benefiting from a supportive, provider-led team.


Enjoy autonomy in a 100% outpatient setting, with flexible scheduling options and a hospitalist team covering inpatient care allowing for true work-life balance in one of Montana’s most scenic regions.


Position Highlights


  • 100% outpatient primary care with optional 4-day workweek (4-10s)


  • Monday-Friday clinic schedule

  • Supported by 3 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers


  • Minimal evening call (1:10), inpatient coverage handled by hospitalist team


  • Opportunity to serve a growing patient base in a respected primary care practice


Practice Environment


  • Modern acute care hospital with 36 inpatient beds, 10 ICU beds, and busy 8-bed ED


  • 5 ORs plus 4 OR Surgery Center and observation beds


  • 2 cath labs with 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit


  • Collaborative, provider-led culture emphasizing autonomy and patient-centered care


  • Access to full complement of in-house specialties and advanced diagnostics

Candidate Requirements


  • BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician


  • Active Montana NP or PA license


  • Strong clinical judgment with outpatient care experience
