Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician

• Minimum 2+ years post-training experience required

• Outpatient-only, multispecialty group setting

• Monday–Friday, 8a–5p (option for 4-day work week)

• No weekends, no hospital responsibilities

• Shared phone call (2–3x per month)

• Patient volume: 15–20 per day with a strong focus on quality care

• Work alongside physicians, specialists, and APPs

• Onsite services include lab, radiology, IV therapy, pharmacy, and more

• Payor mix: ~1/3 Medicare, 1/3 HMO, 1/3 commercial

• EMR: eMedical

Organization Information:

• Family-owned and operated practice with 35+ years of stability

• Located in highly desirable Palm Beach County

• Salary: $220,000–$250,000 (based on experience)

• Bonus opportunities tied to HEDIS, collections, and performance

• Full benefits package

• Malpractice provided (tail not included)
