Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity - Bronx, New York
Location: Bronx, New York 10459
Position: Internal Medicine (1 opening)
Provide comprehensive primary care in the Bronx, managing chronic diseases and preventive health for a diverse urban community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct wellness exams, chronic care for diabetes/hypertension, and acute visits
- Order diagnostics, interpret labs/imaging, and coordinate specialist referrals
- Promote vaccinations, screenings, and lifestyle counseling
- Handle hospital follow-ups and care transitions
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active NY medical license and DEA
- Outpatient experience; bilingual (Spanish) preferred
