Key Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based care to adult patients

Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions

Perform preventive care, screenings, and chronic disease management

Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives

Supervise and mentor clinical staff including NPs, PAs, nurses, and medical assistants

Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards

Participate in on-call coverage and inpatient rounding as required

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:

MD/DO degree or equivalent
-
Active Illinois medical license
-
DEA certification
-
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
