🩺 Role Overview:

• Provide evidence-based care to adult patients

• Diagnose and manage acute & chronic conditions

• Perform preventive care and health screenings

• Participate in population health and quality improvement initiatives

• Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff (MA, LPN, RN, NP, PA)

• Handle on-call coverage and inpatient rounding (as needed)

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services

• Ensure compliance with all state/federal regulations and organizational policies

• Maintain productivity and efficiency standards

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Participate in training, supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Requirements:

• MD / DO degree

• Board Certified / Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active Illinois State License

• Valid DEA Certificate
