How You’ll Help Patients
- Provide evidence-based medical care to adult patients in accordance with Specialty Certification.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across a wide spectrum of adult health conditions.
- Support all quality improvement initiatives and population health management programs.
- Provide leadership, supervision, training, and role modeling to supportive staff (NA, MA, LPN, RN, PA, NP).
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state rules, regulations, and laws.
- Maintain compliance , systems, policies, procedures, directives, and contractual agreements.
- Maintain efficiency and productivity standards.
- Provide on-call coverage and inpatient rounding as appropriate.
- Deliver age-appropriate care for adult patients, including preventive health screenings and chronic disease management.
- Report to scheduled work sites and shifts on time, prepared to engage in all responsibilities; work site and shift assignments may vary at the discretion of the supervisor.
- Participate in training, consultations, and supervision sessions; implement directives and feedback from supervisors and colleagues.
- Follow and fully implement the Corporate Compliance Program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
