- See routine and acute patients

- Support Staff: Physician, 2 receptionists, 4 MA, 3, CN, 1 Lab MA, 2 referral coordinators, administrator and assistant administrator
- EMR: eCW
Requirements:
- Will consider non-local providers, and reimburse for travel
