This is a full-time on-site role at a private practice for an Internal Medicine Physician specializing in Women's Health, based in Stockbridge, GA. The responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a range of medical conditions in both men and women but with an emphasis on women's health. The physician will be open to learning alternative and functional medicine approaches to care. He or she will develop personalized care plans, provide preventive care, with counseling and education. The physician will also help supervise nurse practitioners. Handling electronic health records and staying updated on the latest advancements in women's health and internal medicine will also be essential.
Job Responsibilities
Develop personalized care plans and provide preventive care, counseling, and patient education.
Supervise nurse practitioners and collaborate with the clinical team.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records using electronic health records (EHR).
Stay updated on the latest advancements in women's health, hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and internal medicine.
Incorporate alternative and functional medicine approaches as appropriate.
Qualifications
Current and valid medical license to practice in Georgia.
Strong diagnostic, analytical, and clinical skills.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Proficiency in managing electronic health records.
